Bowers %26 Wilkins App For Mac
I have a B&W Zeppelin Air (30-pin). I bought in 2011, and for the most part, it worked fine. I love the sound but not the software. Recently, I tried to update the firmware and that's when the real trouble started. I downloaded the Control app (180327_Bowers&WilkinsControl_1.2.3_14667-2.dmg) and it just hangs after a few seconds and does nothing. I am using macOS High Sierra (10.13.6). I tried the same with a couple of other mac laptops, the result is the same. Meanwhile, Zeppelin LED is solid white. Reset button does not do anything.
I tried the ZeppelinAirRecoveryUtility (150108_ZeppelinAirRecoveryUtility_2.2.2_322 5.dmg). Sony mp3 plugin 2.0 activation code free. At Step 4 (recovery), it hangs and does nothing. I wrote to Tech Support and they suggested they I should send it in for repairs (>$200). Is there anyone out there suffering from these problems? Suggestions? Thoughts?
